PARIS (Sputnik) – The Normandy Quartet on the Ukrainian crisis has begun in Paris with the leaders of Russia, Ukraine, France, and Germany.
The leaders will discuss the issue of holding local elections in the eastern Ukrainian regions of Donetsk and Lugansk, the withdrawal of heavy weaponry from the line of contact, as well as providing the OSCE monitoring mission access to the area.
