KIEV (Sputnik) – Kiev is fulfilling its obligations in the Minsk agreements and therefore warned the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe that it was returning heavy artillery to the city of Marinka on the contact line, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said Friday.

“We are scrupulously fulfilling all of the Minsk agreements, all of the obligations taken on by Ukraine. And even before artillery was used in Marinka, we informed the OSCE, told our partners, and even held a press conference…and only afterwards did we deploy the artillery to the area of Marinka,” Poroshenko said during a press conference.
