Lavrov, Kerry Agree to Discuss Steps to Resolve Conflicts
SOCHI (Sputnik) — Moscow does not expect any breakthrough results from US State Secretary's visit to Moscow, but the fact that he will visit Russia is symbolic and important, a diplomatic source told RIA Novosti Monday.

"Kerry's visit is very symbolic itself. He cancelled his trip many times, and finally decided to come. This meeting will not be a breakthrough, but it is very important. This visit was delayed of his own initiative. We never shut ourselves off, we are open and ready to discuss everything," the source said.
