Earlier in the day, it was announced that Russia's Foreign Minister Segrei Lavrov and his French counterpart Laurent Fabius had left the talks. Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi left the talks Tuesday.

Tuesday was the final day for reaching a framework on a deal on Tehran's nuclear program. However, the talks continue Wednesday.

The P5+1 group, comprising envoys from Russia, China, the United States, the United Kingdom, France and Germany, have been holding negotiations with Iran on Tehran's nuclear program.

The international negotiators are trying to get Iran to halt their uranium enrichment program and decrease the number of centrifuges, fearing Tehran is developing nuclear weapons under the guise of a civilian energy program. Iran wants the West to remove economic sanctions immediately.

A comprehensive deal ensuring the peaceful uses of Iranian nuclear program is due to be achieved by July 2015.
