BRISBANE, November 15 (Sputnik) — Russian President Vladimir Putin and UK Prime Minister David Cameron are currently holding talks behind closed doors in the framework of G20 summit in Australia.
The leaders had shaken hands and then asked media to leave the room.
The last time when Putin and Cameron met was during the Asia-Europe meeting (ASEM) in Milan in October.
Relations between Russia and the United Kingdom deteriorated amid Ukrainian crisis, as London repeatedly blamed Moscow for its alleged involvement in Ukrainian internal conflict – a claim that Kremlin denied.
Earlier in the day, Russian leader held talks with Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi. On Saturday evening, Putin has scheduled meetings with German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande.
