Michael Jackson dubbed the "King of Pop" died at the age of 50 after suffering a heart attack following an overdose of the anaesthetic propofol on 25 June 2009 in the Holmby Hills neighbourhood of Los Angeles, California.

Michael Jackson, an American singer, songwriter, and dancer is internationally regarded as one of the most meaningful cultural figures of the late 20th century and one of the greatest entertainers of all time. Jackson's contributions to music and dance, along with his broadcasted personal life, made him a global pop culture icon for over four decades.
