Russian Northern Fleet Units Repel Simulated Air Attack With S-300 Systems

The Russian military repelled a massive air attack using S-300 defense systems during drills.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Air defense units from Russia’s Northern Fleet carried out military exercises using the S-300 against a massive attack by a conditional enemy, the Russian Defense Ministry’s Northern Fleet spokesman said Tuesday.

“At the end of the check, military personnel completed the deployment and preparation of the complexes for battle, and the military using the S-300 developed skills in repelling a massive air attack by a conditional enemy,” Vadim Serga said in a statement.
