Russia to Supply Egypt With 46 Ka-52K Naval Attack Helicopters
MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The protocol was signed on November 24, 2015, during Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu's visit to Cairo.

The protocol authorizes the Russian and Egyptian navies and crew members, as well as establishes the procedures, access to each others' ports.

The authorized sides are required to exchange mutually important information and are prohibited from carrying weapons of mass destruction, nuclear fuel, chemical weapons, radioactive materials or narcotics on board.

The five-year intergovernmental protocol can be renewed for additional five years until one of the sides notifies the other of intending to exit out of the agreement.
