WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — DynCorp has won a $61 million, five-year, foreign military sales contract from the US Army to provide maintenance services for Saudi Arabia’s Land Forces Aviation Command, the US Department of Defense announced.

“DynCorp International, Ft. Worth, Texas, was awarded a $61,054,35… contract with options for maintenance support for the Saudi Land Forces Aviation Command aviation program.” the announcement said on Monday.

The contract’s estimated completion date of January 31, 2021, according to the Defense Department.

DynCorp provides full-spectrum aerospace, aviation and air operations solutions worldwide, including rapid-response field assignments and long-term engagements.

The contract follows the announcement in October of the sale of nine Sikorsky UH-60M Black Hawk utility helicopters to Saudi Arabia for $495 million, equipped with 7.62mm six-barrel mini guns to be operated by the Saudi Land Forces Aviation Command.
