KLIMOVSK (Sputnik) – "Speaking of this year’s state arms procurement, it will certainly be 100 percent completed," Dmitry Semizorov told RIA Novosti in an interview.
TsNIITochMash supplies weapons, ammunition, combat equipment kits, and electronic equipment as part of its procurement program, Semizorov said.

Russia's 2016-2025 arms procurement program focuses on the development of purely defensive high-precision weaponry in the country. President Vladimir Putin’s wider 2011-2020 program focuses on developing the technology base for air and space defense.
