MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to the statement, published on the ministry’s website, the delivered vehicles include URAL-4320 military off-road 6x6 trucks of different modifications and over 50 KAMAZ-5350 Mustang six-wheelers equipped with heavy motors allowing the trucks to reach top speeds of over 60 miles per hour.
“New medical vehicles, buses, maintenance and evacuation vehicles replaced the end-of-life hardware,” the statement reads.
Russia is currently implementing a $325-billion rearmament program to modernize 70 percent of its military's weaponry by 2020.
