MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Earlier in the day, a car and a motorcycle exploded next to an army conscription office east of Homs. According to initial reports, six people were killed and 10 wounded.
Homs Governor Talal Barazi told the SANA news agency that some of the injured were in a critical condition, noting that the explosions went off in a place that is usually very crowded.
According to media reports, terrorists operating in the country are gaining strength in certain districts of Homs.
