MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Ten violations of the truce in war-torn Syria have been recorded in the past 24 hours in two provinces, the Russian Defense Ministry said Monday.
"In general, the ceasefire has been observed in most provinces of the Syrian Arab Republic. Nonetheless, within last 24 hours, 10 ceasefire violations have been registered (Latakia – 7, Aleppo – 3)," the ministry said in a daily bulletin posted on its website.
Northern regions of the Latakia province and Aleppo were attacked by militants of Ahrar al-Sham, according to the ministry.
