Airstrikes on a hospital affiliated with Doctors Without Borders, or Medecins Sans Frontiers (MSF), and a children’s hospital in Syria were carried out by aircraft departing the US Incirlik Airbase in Turkey, a member of the Russian upper house’s Committee on International Policy said Tuesday.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) – On Monday, the Doctors Without Borders (MSF) said that a hospital in the northwestern Syrian city of Maarat Numan, in the Idlib province, was hit by four rockets. It did not say which of the warring parties was suspected to be behind the deadly attack claiming the lives of at least seven people.

“Reconnaissance data shows that the planes carrying out the strikes on these civilian facilities took to the skies from the US base in Turkey’s Incirlik where US-led coalition and Turkish airplanes are based,” Senator Igor Morozov told RIA Novosti.

Meanwhile, Syrian Ambassador to Moscow Riad Haddad accused the US of striking a hospital in Syria’s Idlib province, while Turkey's Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu accused Russia of striking the hospital.

The Russian Defense Ministry has repeatedly said that allegations of civilian casualties in Russia's strikes are aimed to distract the international community form the four-year-long Syrian civil war. Moscow reiterated that all information regarding targets is always checked and double-checked before delivering strikes.

Moscow urged not to trust distorted media reports and "not become a victim of perverse information".

The world has changed to the better since RT AND SPUTNIK, no more one sided rubbish from the master of great evil in fasington, they call it the "white house" but it is the opposite, it should be called the black house...horror house.......question: how many innocent lives does this murderous machine that rules the lives and small brains of the corrupted and drugged nations of the so called west, have on their non-Existing conscience?
The first and only criminal creature that drop nuclear bombs, complete ethnic cleansing of the authentic red indian population of the american continent, they went so far to infect them with small pox...the first documented use of biological warfare, korea, vietnam...and many others including the bombing of Serbia for 78 days and 10.000 tons of uranium ammunition.
We have to stop the murderous rampage of the bloodthirsty pack of killers of our planet, they have many names, many faces but they work for the same boss/es......your quest is to identify them and to share info with others, who they are and what are they curently up to..........Zika virus, monsanto to name few......ukraine-syria.....

    Blackie,
Sorry to... "disappoint you", but that Je.wish-Merkel propaganda is worse than Goebbels one. Goebbels had some chances at the beginning to be believed :-)...
Germans are NOW at that point where they "believe" the TV and papers like once the Russians did it with the Soviet Pravda ;-)
I KNOW THAT FEELING, I lived this once in my past, in a Warsaw-Pakt-country.
And I see the "revival" of that feeling here in Germany! ..
Who would ever thought that Germans have to look at Sputnik internet-sites, to find out something new and at least 3/4 believable ?!!! At least 3/4 is a tremendous result comparing to the garbage on CNN, Fox-News & the other Zion-crap-media.

WHAT I STILL HAVE TO ASK IS: if the Russians KNOW WHO IT WAS, why didn't they INTERCEPTED that planes? What if they were Saudis? Why do they have there S-400 if they sit and look at the Usrael's garbage how it bombs hospitals to provoque a "no-fly-zone" by any costs?
What about shooting one of that flying-punks down? It will bring the score to 1:1, if not better.

And I thought THE KURDS are allies there by Aleppo, why Russia lets the Turks shoot on Kurds?
A real heavy kick in the a** would do good those belligerent overheated crooks.

    No Name,
    Hi
Well put and all true, and it defies logic. It has the smell of a double game, and too much trickery. Why do European countries commit suicide by following Mekel down the Turkish -US sewer?
I have heard that promise so many times , to Iran to deliver S-400 and they are still waiting?
If Syria and Iraq are crawling with Al-Queda head chopper moderate rapist, you would think that would be an easy target?, but we hear "two baddies killed". Maybe they are all on the same team, because Russia should have kicked them squre into the promised land. All of them.....

Saudi planes bomb civilians in Yemen and the world is silent . Now there are Saudi planes in Turkey. Saudi will bomb Syria and the world will not see.

MSF hospitals in afghan, Yemen and Syria hit by coalition. The pattern emerges. Same pilots involved. Put some S400 at MSF and see who dares come near.

america et amici (friends) are jealous of the tremendous successes of the Syrian Army, supporting forces and the Russian forces. This act yesterday is tantamount to a bully, having been ridiculed and suspended from attending school just days before graduation, either tossing a rotten egg on the principal's car or coming back to the school with a sawed-off rifle. The culture is embedded in that part of the north american continent and is quickly learned by its amici (friends)...loosely called the international community.
America has a history of bad behaviour in the battlefield arena. Among some that I recall:
Friendly fire killing Canadian forces..and too proud and arrogant to apologise within a reasonable time.
Killing of civilians to appease anger in Iraq..few were convicted in the usa
Paying Al Queda operatives to take their sides in Iraq (moonshine boys lovingly called the Awakening Group)
Demolishing power plants and schools in Syria (about 2 months ago)
Demolishing oil refineries in Syria without hitting any of their adopted friends, just to make it harder for the Syrian Government to recover.
Seemingly spiteful bombing of civilian assets in Syria - if you can't own it, break it.
Persistent bombing of MSF hospital in Afghanistan even though they were alerted by the occupants.
Delaying of any action against Daesh until america gets the document signed to remain in Iraq as "trainers" etc, blaming the whole delay on Al Maliki's alignment with Iraq and allowing Daesh enough time to dig tunnels under every important city and town in Syria
Assisting the enemy against an elected President and the countries' territory of sovereignty
Killing of innocent peasants in the mountains of Pakistan by their aerial robot killers and pretending that nothing happened.
Associated with the spiteful bombing of civilian bridges, towers civic building in Yugoslavia that were not used by the Serbian military in order to suppress the Serbian Government.
    Three strikes, out!

    Erratum:
Al Maliki's alignment with Iraq should read Al Maliki's alignment with Iran.

No Name, The Russians did not believe Pravda or any other Soviet media, they knew full well it was just propaganda and they did not swallow it.
  • Listens Skyblue
Why not a true no-fly zone administered by Russia - nothing from Turkey or Israel allowed over Syrian land at all? Then any claims of civilians would be negated other than artillery shells and missiles.

We all know that the American have a good experience in hitting Hospitals. Just ask the Afghans.

Matrix 68, Agree 100 % with your comment Matrix, however the U.S. and NATO have a history of bombing hospitals, schools sewerage works and water treatment plants, all forbidden under U.N. Charter.
Yet they have NEVER YET been held to account for their illegal actions, it's almost as if the Rules that apply to everyone else, simply do not apply to the alleged "exceptional nation".
What's the point of the U.N if they don't do anything when their members breach their charter ?

No Name, "if the Russians KNOW WHO IT WAS, why didn't they INTERCEPTED that planes? - the only reason I can see, is that they knew they were "coalition" planes, but they didn't realize they were going to do what they did until it was too late to stop them. The U.S. must be so proud.
  • Ann in reply toBlackie(Show commentHide comment)
Blackie, Perhaps we need to remember that the U.S. has literally embedded their own forces within the terrorists, so that if Russia gets some of them along with thee terrorists they are protecting, the west can claim Russia attacked THEM. It's a game of treachery and deceit, and Russia has to find a smart way around it, or allow the west to start WWIII.
  • professor.hornblow
It's all a very big game of chess. The Russians know, the US knows, Turkey knows. Taking down the plane from Turkey at this time would affect Russia's geo strategic plan. The US is trying to provoke Russia into a regional conflict as in Ukraine. Russia is just waiting, waiting...

    sixpack6t9,
    Hi
    You are so right!
In Afghanistan the US did not worry about Russian ground troops.
I spoke to a Russian fella that fought in Kabul, he said it was Hell on Earth, but he got the tattoo.
The US are not so good as you think, and they do bluff.
  • Ann in reply toBlackie(Show commentHide comment)
Blackie, I consider the upper echelons of the US military.pentagon to be a bunch of paid mercenary rubes. If you can accomplish your objective by bluffing, rather than bloodshed, that;s a good thing. The problem is when your bluff is called, and you weren't prepared to go the distance.
