'An Enemy Within': Are US Financial Elites Interested in Daesh Rise?
Documents acquired by Reuters contain fatwas (religious decrees) originally obtained during a US raid on a Daesh facility in eastern Syria. According to the documents, translated by the US military, Daesh’s “Committee of Research and Fatwas” announced it is “permissible to take the apostate’s (non-believer) organs and give them to Muslims who are in need of them.”

The documents which are dated January 31, 2015, add that taking organs from a living captive, even if it is fatal for the captive, is permissible for the purpose of saving a Muslim life.

"The apostate's life and organs don't have to be respected and may be taken with impunity," states the edict.

The document does not define “apostate,” but Daesh has targeted non-Muslims as well as Shiite Muslims, and even Sunni Muslims who do not adhere to extremist Daesh views.
