"Thirty soldiers from the Iraqi Army's 55 brigade were killed and 20 were injured in a US airstrike on the town of al-Naimiya in the al-Fallujah province," al-Zamili's statement obtained by Sputnik reads.

Daesh (ISIL, ISIS), the international terrorist organization, is in control of vast territories in Iraq and Syria. A number of ISIL cells, with local insurgent groups pledging allegiance, are also known to operate in Libya, Yemen and other territories across the Middle East and North Africa.
Baghdad will go to court over a US airstrike, head of the Iraqi parliament's security and defense committee Hakim Zamili told Sputnik following the incident.
"This is very serious and I have asked the prime minister to launch an urgent investigation… We will go to court over this crime, there will be a hearing," Zamili said.
According to the lawmaker, the number of casualties may increase.
"The number of victims may increase, many were seriously injured and have not yet been taken to hospitals," Zamili added.
Meanwhile, Pentagon has denied alleations.
Claims of a US airstrike killing more than 20 Iraqi soldiers are not accurate, US Defense Department spokesman Maj. Roger Cabiness told Sputnik on Friday.
“This is not true,” Cabiness said when asked to confirm reports of the incident.

| 4 | Edit | Delete Wanton destruction of a brave brigade. Jeez, the bloody vicious US, supporting its offshore terrorist army -- to me, they are no more than outright traitors to Iraq. Iraq politely refused both their equipment and ground troops and suddenly this happens!! Mad mad Amerikka! Go home and leave the ME alone! Just get out -- the whole world is sick to death of your selfish global two-faced antics, sowing death and destruction on people courageously defending their own sovereign land. Deepest condolences to Iraq and the loved ones of those who were MURDERED by the yellow-livered USAF! Reply

I doubt very much that Russia would go to that extent to cause WW3 because Iraq. I am sure that USA knows that and they are sure that they can and will go away with it regardless all rhetoric and accusations. USA cannot care less as after they successfully destroyed Iraq military infrastructure and created chaos they achieved their goal. Iraq has oil and if you remember USA pledged to rebuild Iraq which they bombed to submission with Iraqi's money. They started to do that by seizing Iraq's oilfields and started to ship oil out to USA for processing. During that period when the 1 barrel was about 70$ Iraq get for their own crude oil only 28$ and from that money, they had to pay reconstruction which has been awarded to USA contractors. That was the most disgusting theft of all times.
Now as Iraq finally get some of the oilfields back (still as joint venture with USA companies) they depend on USA by all means as ISIL would take them all away as Iraqi army is not as good as Syrian. Iraqi army has to obey their worst enemy which is USA as USA robbed them, killed them, humiliated them and divided them all in order to keep full control over each part of former Iraq. That is the reason why Daesh is winning against Iraq as USA is not giving them support as Russia does to Syria. Just over two months ago it looked like that Syria is lost case and that ISIL will take over. As soon as Russia started with systematic, strategically well planned bombing campaign against Daesh in close cooperation with Syrian government army, terrorists are on the run and Syrian Army tastes all sweetness of the victories.
Iraq would like to get Russia on board but it cannot as pro-USA people are well entrenched in Iraq and they will not allow any changes. That is why there is no unity in Iraqi parliament as some people are well paid USA spies and puppets. If Russia would try to supply Iraq with S-300 than USA would simply confiscated them and take them to USA on examination. There is no option at all for Russia to come to help. Iraq will have to fight them off by themselves on diplomatic way, not by force.
I am afraid similar scenario will happen soon in Syria as we just learned that USA is already secretly building military base in Syria on Kurdish controlled territory. That will be another flash point and very difficult to resolve. Only if EU would exert serious pressure on USA they would leave Syria. Can or will it happen? No we know that already. For a start until my government is lead by Chancellor A Merkel who is absolutely in love with Obama and because that absolutely hate all that is Russian and Putin in particular, we cannot expect any serious pressure on USA on our part.

Pentagram and CIA will have a hard time explaining this as anything else. Like Turkey and Mullah Erdogan , this is an actof desperation, not only are Iraq doing well against US(Saudi/israeli death squads but they are about to reveal US & Co as a giant house of terrorists as well.
Time to invite Russia and throw the US fascists out.
