The Twitter account of John Hanke, the owner of Niantic Labs Company, was hacked by the group “Our Mine” with the perpetrators leaving the message ‘this is for Brazil’.

Brazilian Twitter users supported the action in bulk, demanding that Pokémon Go be launched in the country.

Internet cracksmen say that they committed the crime in the name of Brazil as there was no official launch of Pokémon Go in the country.

Each of their posts was accompanied with the hashtag #PokemonGo4Brazil.

According to other malefactors, Niantic Labs’ password “nopass” was so simple that it was not difficult to hack it. Well, they know better. They are hackers after all!
