MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Several people got injured as a result of explosion of unknown nature in a bar in central Milan and the consequent fire in the early hours of Sunday, local media reported.
The explosion and fire occurred around 1 p.m. local time when the bar, located on the first floor of a residential building, was closed, RaiNews24 broadcaster reported. Ten residents with intoxication and light burns were sent to a local hospital, their condition is not life threatening.
Police and firefighters are investigating the scene to find out whether it was a gas leak or arson.
