MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Antonov said earlier that Russia wanted to consult Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Sweden and Finland on military actions on border regions, including on how to avoid undesirable incidents in air and at sea with the help of bilateral agreements.
"We consider Finland’s decision to skip August consultations as a proof of its unpreparedness for a serious talk on regional security issues," Anatoly Antonov told the Russian newspaper, Nezavisimaya Gazeta.
