Polish President Stresses Inviability of Russia-NATO Founding Act
WARSAW (Sputnik) — The 1997 Russia-NATO Founding Act on mutual relations, cooperation and security still holds value, German Chancellor Angela Merkel said Friday.

"Germany has emphasized that the NATO-Russia Founding Act still has validity," Merkel's words were conveyed by the German government spokesman, Steffen Seibert, via Twitter on the first day of the Western military alliance's summit in Poland.
