MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The atmosphere at the summit of EU leaders in Brussels was characterized by a significant degree of uncertainty, European Parliament President Martin Schulz said Tuesday.
"I had an impression that atmosphere among the heads of state and government was very much marked by uncertainty… I felt that atmosphere, which was quite different from the Council meetings I experienced here, as I said, it was one of uncertainty, as to how one might steer the process in the coming weeks and months," Schulz said at a press conference.
