MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Humanitarian prisoner exchanges between Russia and Ukraine have nothing to do with the Minsk peace agreements, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Wednesday.
"I would exclude any relation to the Minsk agreements in this case, because the Minsk agreements, even if you don't read them very carefully, describe a completely different category of people. In this case, these are purely humanitarian exchanges, which have nothing to do with the Minsk agreements," Peskov told reporters.
