KIEV (Sputnik) — Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has appointed former NATO secretary general Anders Fogh Rasmussen as his non-staff advisor, according to a decree posted on the presidential website on Friday.
"Appoint Anders Fogh Rasmussen as advisor to the President of Ukraine outside the official staff," the decree says.
