MADRID (Sputnik) – Two men and one woman died late Thursday when their aircraft crashed onto a roof and fell to the ground in the town of Arbizu, the Diario de Navarra publication said.
The deceased were en route to Dax, France from Coimbra, Portugal.
The outlet cited witness accounts of the aircraft striking a "vulture" and falling near the town’s kindergarten.
Autopsies on the victims were performed after their bodies were transferred to the Navarro Institute of Legal Medicine.
The Navarre government portal said there were no injuries among the local population, but noted that medical personnel attended to those who suffered nervous breakdowns.
