BRUSSELS (Sputnik) — The European Union will discuss during its summer summit the future of sanctions against Russia that are due to expire at the end of July, High Representative of the European Union Federica Mogherini said Monday.
She said that the European Union has not discussed Russia or sanctions against Moscow for over a year, though sanctions were extended just a few days ago. Mogherini said economic sanctions against Russia are on the agenda and would be discussed during the European Council meeting.
