Perpetrators of Deadly Paris Attacks Spent $3,300 on Terror Attack

Perpetrators of the deadly November 13, 2015, attacks in Paris had spent up to $3,300 to organize the terrorist act, the head of Russia's Federal Financial Monitoring Service (Rosfinmonitoring) said Wednesday.

NOVO-OGARYOVO (Sputnik) – At least 130 people were killed in a series of mass shootings and suicide bombings in the French capital, claimed by Daesh terrorist group.

Some of the terrorists allegedly responsible for the attacks arrived in France from Belgium, according to the police. Belgian authorities have charged 10 people with involvement in the Paris attacks.

"I can say that the terrorist attack in Paris, I spoke to my colleagues, cost 2,000-3,000 euros [$2,200-3,300]," Yury Chikhanchin told reporters, citing Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering (FATF) estimates.
