ANKARA (Sputnik) — On Saturday, two deadly explosions occurred near Ankara's railway station ahead of an anti-war protest against a surge in violence amid Turkey-Kurdish conflict, killing at least 95 people and injuring some 246.
Following the blasts, a campaign ahead of early parliamentary election in Turkey was temporarily put on hold.
"The attacks affected the conditions in which the country is preparing for the elections. However, we are moving toward elections and will hold them under any circumstances," Davutoglu told Turkey's NTV channel.
