Russia, Germany Call for Urgent Withdrawal of Heavy Weapons in East Ukraine
DONETSK (Sputnik) — The first step will be to verify the pullout of weapons with caliber less than 120-mm by the conflicting sides, and the OSCE mission is due to register and report the withdrawal from the contact line.

Moreover, night shelling should be registered in order to help stop the fire.

The next step is to intensify the preparation and signing of a document on the withdrawal of weapons with caliber less than 100-mm, he added.

"We have agreed several high-priority steps which the OSCE Mission is to discuss with its authorities, and we [DPR] will also prepare for the implementation of these [three] steps," Pushilin told reporters.
