Donetsk Spots Arriving Foreigners, Anticipates Kiev's Battle Preparations

Foreign specialists arrived near the contact line after the deployment of Ukraine's National Guard troops: Donetsk anticipates a new outbreak of fighting.

DONETSK (Sputnik) – Military preparations by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the country’s east have been noticed, the self-proclaimed eastern Ukrainian People’s Republic of Donetsk’s (DPR) deputy defense minister said Friday.

“We have noticed the arrival of the foreign specialists…in the Novotroitskoe residential area, located near the contact line. Earlier we reported about the arrival of about 50 National Guard troops in this area. This proves Kiev is preparing for military activities,” Eduard Basurin told reporters.
