Top Greek Court Rules Bailout Referendum Constitutional

The top administrative court in Greece ruled that Sunday's bailout referendum is constitutional and can go ahead, dismissing a legal challenge.

Greece's top court ruled that Greece's Sunday bailout referendum is constitutional, dismissing a challenge which said that the referendums cannot ask citizens to decide on a "public finances" issue, AFP reported.

The challengers in the case also charged that the referendum question used confusing technical language.
