MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The EU foreign policy chief added, that the urgent need for the formation of government of national unity in Libya is one of the reasons why the bloc is "actively and with full determination" supporting the UN-led process of dialogue between the sides to Libyan conflict.
Mogherini also stressed that tackling human trafficking is both of Libyan, European and global interest and responsibility.
Europe is currently seeing a dramatic increase in maritime migration to the continent with tens of thousands of refugees trying to flee conflicts in Libya, Syria, Iraq, Somalia, Yemen and other areas across North Africa and the Middle East.
