MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The Organization of Security and Co-operation in Europe’s Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine requires additional information on the weapons withdrawal in eastern Ukraine, the mission’s spokesman told Sputnik on Tuesday.
“Our monitors in the past weeks have been reporting on the movement of that (heavy) weaponry, some of them having been stored at the collection points. However in order for the special monitor mission to verify that heavy weapons have been withdrawn, we need three things: a baseline inventory of what everyone has, a plan of the road they will use to remove that weaponry and the storage or collection points,” Michael Bociurkiw said by telephone.
