VLADIVOSTOK (Sputnik) – Dmitriev said earlier this month that Russia would initially help Turkey set up a sovereign investment fund, then create mechanisms of joint investment in a wide range of projects, including infrastructure development, agriculture and medicine.
"There is an active recovery of investment and trade relations with Turkey. They have finalized all the documents to establish a sovereign fund, which will be our partner in the Russian-Turkish fund," Kirill Dmitriev told reporters.
"The first investments may be next year," Dmitriev forecast.
