Russian Energy Minister to Meet With Foreign Counterparts on G20 Sidelines

Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said Saturday he planned to hold several bilateral meetings with his foreign counterparts on the sidelines of the G20 Energy Ministers Meeting in June.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — On June 29-30, energy ministers of the world's 20 major economies will meet in the China's capital of Beijing.

"It has not been planned any official meetings yet. I think that some other formats will take place. We will have G20 [meeting] in late June, the meeting will be attended by the ministers of many countries. Of course, I plan to hold some bilateral meetings there," Novak told RIA Novosti, answering a question about possible meeting with his Iranian counterpart.
