MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russia’s gas company Gazprom has announced an open request for offers to find a primary contractor for four of the Power of Siberia natural gas pipeline threads valued at nearly 156 billion rubles ($2.3 billion), the company’s documents published on Monday stated.
Four of the pipeline’s threads totaling 510 miles are offered to companies with a requirement to subcontract to small and medium businesses, according to the documents.
