TOKYO (Sputnik) — Lionrock, which emerged from the Pacific a week ago, is causing powerful storms and rains across the region.
According to the NHK broadcaster, police arrived at the nursing home dubbed Ranran after receiving a signal that the flooding had isolated another facility.
The broadcaster added that law enforcement officers had not identified the personalities of the dead people yet.
