Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe reshuffled the cabinet on Wednesday, keeping the foreign minister but letting the defense chief go.

TOKYO (Sputnik) — The reshuffle comes after last month’s upper-house parliamentary election, which reaffirmed the mandate of Shinzo’s ruling Liberal Democratic Party (LDP).
