North Korean leader Kim Jong Un called for "a revolution" in military drills to boost the armed forces' combat readiness, local newspaper Rodong Sinmun reported Sunday.
The newspaper provided a description of the meeting of military commanders that took place in Pyongyang April 24-25.
"Military drills are a battlefield as well" — under this slogan the participants pledged to loyally follow their Supreme Commander-in-Chief and galvanize combat instruction.
The revolution in training seeks to considerably enhance it quality and strengthen the armed forces' combat might by a hundred times, according to Kim Jong Un.
The head of state noted that struggle against an enemy is first and foremost a battle on the front of convictions.
"The ideological and moral advantage is the most powerful weapon of a revolutionary army."
