On June 6-7, media experts from over 20 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, India and China, are expected to participate in the two-day forum, according to Rossiya Segodnya.
"The experts will devote the first day to the analysis of the trends at the media market, will discuss the phenomenon of the so-called post-mainstream epoch and will try to reveal the trends of its development. The second day will be opened by the 'New media as Guarantors of the Freedom of Information' session, which will have the possibility of censorship in the times of total access to information, as its key topic," the agency said in a press release.
The forum will wrap up with a special session dedicated to the public information and a panel discussion with the participation of heads of both Russian and foreign IT-companies, as well as federal authorities, the press release added.
