A suicide bomber blew himself up inside a church killing five people in the northeastern city of Potiskum, Nigeria on Sunday.
According to witnesses the bomber entered the church on the outskirts of the city in Yobe state and detonated explosives, killing the worshippers, including a woman and her two children as well as the pastor.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility, but the region has been attacked repeatedly by Boko Haram militants in their six-year insurgency, and suicide bombers.
