"The Russian Sports Ministry will thoroughly study the information in the report in order to formulate a constructive position. At the same time the Russian Sports Ministry, is saying for sure that there are no state-run programs of doping support in sports and that the ministry will continue its struggle against doping with zero tolerance," the press release said.
Moreover, Russia is ready to cooperate with international organizations to improve Russian and global anti-doping programs.
"Russian authoritative bodies are carrying out an investigation of all facts presented in the first part of the McLaren report and the Russian Sports Ministry will recommend the mentioned bodies to carry out a thorough investigation of the facts presented in its second part. The Russian Sports ministry is ready for cooperation and interaction with international organizations to improve Russian and global anti-doping programs," the ministry’s press release said.
