KIEV (Sputnik) — Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman expressed confidence on Monday in Ukraine's membership in the European Union in the next ten years.

"We [Ukraine] will be EU members," Groysman told journalists as asked about Ukraine's future in ten years.

In June 2014 Kiev and Brussels signed bilateral association agreement establishing a political and economic association between the parties, as well as cooperation in a broad range of areas, including a possible visa-free regime, the exchange of information by security services, and the modernization of Ukraine's infrastructure. The agreement has been ratified by all EU member states, except the Netherlands who rejected Kiev-Brussels deal by public non-binding vote in April.
