Russia's top diplomat will meet with Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his counterpart Delcy Rodriguez.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will visit Venezuela on Saturday and meet with President Nicolas Maduro, ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said Thursday.

"On September 26, in accordance with existing agreements, Sergei Lavrov is scheduled to visit to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. His program includes a meeting with President Maduro and talks Foreign Minister [Delcy] Rodriguez," Zakharova said.
