MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Russian President Vladimir Putin and Saudi Arabia's King Salman discussed on Wednesday in a phone call the settlement of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in light of recent riots at a holy site in Jerusalem, the Kremlin press service said.
"The sides discussed prospects of the Israeli-Palestinian settlement, especially in light of mass clashes between Palestinians and Israeli police at the Temple Mount and Al-Aqsa Mosque complex," the press service said in a statement.
