This praying mantis looks like a jockey as it rides a snail using a technique akin to a Grand National winner. The green insect even appears to raise its front legs - just like a jockey would do as they ride a horse. It stayed on the snail for 10 minutes before jumping into the bushes next to the shallow pond.
