An apparent explosion at a market on the outskirts of Moscow was a short circuit during welding works that injured one man, the market's director said on Thursday.
An apparent explosion at a market on the outskirts of Moscow was a short circuit during welding works that injured one man, the market's director said on Thursday.
Police earlier said there was a blast at a market located on the Moscow Ring Road to the southeast of the Russian capital.
"The incident did not occur on the territory of the market," Sadovod market director Vyacheslav Novikov said.
He added that he had no further information on the incident.
