MOSCOW, January 3 (RIA Novosti) - Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Fradkov confirmed Tuesday that Russia was ready to strictly fulfil all contracts with European countries on gas deliveries.
Fradkov sent a message to the European Union due to the unsettled issue of Russian natural gas supplies to European countries across Ukraine.
"In this situation, we deem it necessary to confirm Russia's readiness to strictly observe all the contracts with our partners from the European Union and other European countries on Russian natural gas supplies in the interests of strengthening Europe's energy security," the message said.
