* Major General Mikhail Tyurkin, the deputy head of the Federal Migration Service, will hold a news conference on the new foreign passports with biometric data that will be issued in Russia from January 1 (11:00 a.m.).
* The fourth annual two-day session of the committee Russia in United Europe will open in the Moscow region (9:30 a.m.). State Duma deputies, European ambassadors, representatives of the Russian Foreign Ministry, political analysts, and experts will attend.
